Speaker Bio
Mindy has worked in her current role as Executive Director for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho (RMHC) for nearly twenty-one years. She has worked with amazing volunteers, board members, staff and role models, met families strong in faith, hope and resolve, and been touched by children whose time on this earth was short lived and filled with incredible struggle. This environment of caring and service is her motivation to ensure that Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho is mission focused in a sustainable way, and continues to be a beacon of support to families with sick children. This was the driving force in the livable, homelike design of the new Idaho Ronald McDonald House. Growing the programs at RMHC in both geographic reach and capacity have been the primary focus for her over the past several years. Leading two successful capital projects, totally over $16 million raised, she brings together partners and the community to invest in the mission of the charity.
Mindy holds a degree from Texas A&M University & has an Executive Education Certificate with RMHC from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is the proud mom of two grown children and two poorly behaved border collies. In her spare time, Mindy likes to enjoy the Idaho outdoors, including hiking & biking and spending time with her family.
