Speaker Bio
For 30 years, Ann has facilitated capital projects that have changed the face of communities and institutions. After leading business development efforts for design and construction firms, she founded the Stacey & Associates consultancy in 2004 to assist AEC industry professionals in their pursuit of new and expanded business opportunities.
Ann is often sought after to connect facility owners, designers, and construction professionals with the right projects She routinely engages with building owners on capital project planning and professional selections, especially in the use of Lean / A3 decision-making tools. In addition to S&A, Ann became an owner of The Lexis Group – a certified DBE/WBE civil engineering and site design firm in 2019.
Holding leadership positions with several non-profit organizations, Ann donates her time and expertise to advance both community and industry development. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Albion College in Michigan and a master’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Ann and her husband live in Harrisburg, PA in home run by their two dogs, Kirin and Sake.
