Professional Bio
As the University Architect at the University of Central Florida (UCF), Bill is responsible for the planning and design of capital and select minor projects. He oversees the development of capital project scope, budgets, and schedules; coordinates the annual capital project planning process which determines projects that will be submitted to the state for funding; ensures that projects are being designed with the proper campus aesthetic; is responsible for the development and coordination of the 10-year Campus Master Plan; directs the solicitation and selection of Architects and Engineers for capital and minor projects; and develops planning related content for university leadership and Board of Trustees approval.
Prior to joining UCF, Bill practiced architecture in Atlanta and Orlando. His architectural career includes convention center, K-12, hospitality, office, mixed-use, and higher education projects.
