Speaker Bio
With more than 35 years of experience in consulting and engineering of voice and data telecommunications network systems, Mr. Wolcott has designed complex communications systems for the US Government and commercial clients using industry standard as well as proprietary encryption equipment and infrastructure. He is a certified Registered Communications Distribution Design (RCDD) engineer since 1991. He has been involved in DAS Cellular RF designs, K-Band satellite encryption designs, complex Mass Notification Systems designs, RF Radio system designs, and high speed optical fiber campus network designs. Mr. Wolcott has been involved in all aspects of design and installation of communications systems: from developing and producing material and component specifications; to logical topology designs; to architectural drawings; to system specifications with strict adherence to National Electric and Building Codes; to TIA/EIA Telecommunications Industry standards; through construction administration and project closeout.
