As a Higher Education Principal and project manager for HGA in Wisconsin, Carli is focused on Healthcare, Education, and Science & Technology. She leads project teams and diverse stakeholder groups through HGA’s proven process to build consensus throughout the design and construction process.
Carli leverages her ability to see both the big picture and the details to develop strategic approaches and deliver difficult projects effectively. She focuses on quality, value, and client satisfaction, with an openness to discover new strategies and methodologies. She also plays an active role in strategic business development with a focus on generating new business.
Carli has been active with COAA since 2019, including leadership of an initiative that grew to become “COAA Cares” and assistance with starting COAA’s chapter in Wisconsin.
