Speaker Bio
Gregory practicing Architect for more than 40 years, Greg is licensed in Missouri and Florida. He has worked in Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Tampa, and Orlando, contributing to projects in the Caribbean, Egypt, China, Saudi Arabia, and throughout the United States. Project types include historic preservation, multiuse high rise, restaurants and retail, hospitality, military, healthcare, and themed entertainment.
Before the AIA national convention in Orlando in 2017 he directed a committee as Senior Editor of the Architectural Guide to Central Florida, completing a 325 page full color guide to nearly 300 buildings in 6 counties, with essays of the early history and biographies of many early architects to practice in the region.
He has held board positions on several CSI and AIA chapters, was a founding board member of the Orlando Foundation for Architecture, a 501c3 charity created by the local Orlando AIA Chapter. An Orlando architectural history documentary on which he collaborated was recently featured in the 2023 Orlando Film Festival.
