Josh Nooney is an Atlanta-based Senior Project Manager with JE Dunn Construction. In this role, he serves as a Construction Manager, acting as an agent for Auburn University on the STEM+AG Sciences Complex project. This monumental project spans 255,000 square feet and has a construction budget of over $183,000,000, making it the Auburn University’s largest project to date.
Before joining the JE Dunn family, Josh Nooney gained invaluable experience on the general contractor side, working with other leading construction firms in the Auburn area. His professional journey primarily revolved around supporting and contributing to projects for Auburn University, where he honed his expertise and established himself as a leader in the field.
A 2006 graduate of the Auburn University Masters of Building Construction program, Josh embarked on his career in the construction industry on Florida's Gulf Coast. During his five-year tenure in Florida, he not only acquired a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction but also forged solid professional connections and a reputation for excellence in his field. This experience served as the foundation for his subsequent successes.
In 2013, Josh Nooney returned to his Alma Mater, Auburn University, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and the determination to make a lasting impact on the institution. His professional journey has been marked by a commitment to delivering exceptional results and upholding the highest construction management standards.
