Mosites:
Currently, in our 64th year, Mosites is a family-owned Construction Manager/General Contractor with a stable corporate management team and structure. Our commercial building staff includes 45 full-time office employees and, on average, 220 field staff, including union carpenters, operators, laborers, and concrete finishers. The ability to self-perform bid packages allows us to maintain a pulse on the market’s ebbs and flows relative to the workforce and material availability. Mosites’ self-perform capabilities include civil infrastructure, demolition, excavation, concrete, and general trades. Additionally, we can rely on our national union relationships to assemble a best-in-class workforce wherever we do business. Mosites has been recognized on several occasions in our industry as one of the region’s safest, most honest, and most trustworthy construction companies. We understand and interpret critical objectives and implementation strategies to effectively develop project scope, construction schedules, budget, and coordination. We pride ourselves on clear and concise communication, and our seamless process will draw upon proven construction delivery methodologies.
