***A portion of the proceeds will be given to the ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc. (ACE) to help mentor high school students and inspire them to pursue careers in design and construction.***
 

Schedule
Driving Range 5:45 - 6:45 am
Registration 6:00 - 6:30 am
Continental Breakfast 6:00 - 6:30 am
Carts ready 6:45 am 
Shotgun start 7:00 am
Lunch 12:30 pm 
Awards 12:45 pm

An unplayable or closed course, as deemed by the Course Superintendent, could result in the issuance of “rain checks” or in certain circumstances a full refund. No refund will be paid by COAA of any golf registration fees, regardless of cause. 

CANCELLATION POLICY—  Cancellations received 30+ days penalty 25%, 29-0 days out penalty = 100%. Substitution Policy: Substitutions subject to a $25 processing fee. Refund and substitution requests must be made by email or mail; verbal notices will not be accepted.
