A badge is required for access to all COAA conference events, including:  sessions, meals, exhibits, tour, and networking functions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received 30+ days out = 25% penalty; 8-29 days = 50% penalty; 0-7 days out = 100% penalty. Please note that registrants who fail to cancel their registrations through the national office, in writing, will be responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
