Jared Doxey is a 1983 graduate of BYU with over 40 years’ experience in design and construction operations having been directly responsible for completing thousands of projects valued at over $7 billion in the private sector and for a non-profit organization. Projects include office, retail, restaurants, self-storage, factory, religious, high-rise/mid-rise housing and educational facilities across North America. Has competed four significant historical renovation projects, one of which, Provo City Center Temple, is the subject of his remarks at the COAA convention.
For seven years (2007-2013) acted as an operational consultant to 24 field offices across the globe in physical facilities operations sharing best practices and improving processes. Since 2011, he has led the team constructing all Mormon temples and other special projects in North America, having completed 27 new and major renovation temple projects to date. Has 24 years executive experience as a Vice President or Director.
He has served for eight years on the Advisory Board of Brigham Young University - Construction Management program and for 15 years as a member of the “Private Industry Advisory Council” for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He also runs a consulting business on the side developing self-storage facilities and has completed two projects to date.
