Bruce Lanyon, LEED AP, University of California, San Francisco


Bruce Lanyon currently serves as the Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor, UCSF Real Estate. His purview includes real estate transactions including Public Private Partnerships (P3). He will be presenting his most recent P3 project today. Bruce’s expertise is leading multi-discipline teams in real estate transactions and development, project management and facilities management for multi-national, private sector, and public sector organizations; delivering a broad range of project types, delivery methods, and contractual relationships. Prior to UCSF Bruce was involved in the re-development of the San Francisco Presidio, achieving the goal of financial self-sufficiency in 2013. He started his career and spent 20+ years in corporate real estate supporting large multinational corporations including Bank of America, Amdahl and Fujitsu. Bruce holds a BArch from Illinois Institute of Technology, is a LEED AP, DBA Assoc and a Certified MBTI Practitioner.
