Chapter Call for Volunteers

You Can Make a Difference!

Are you currently looking to more deeply contribute to your profession? Network with other industry professionals? Meet passionate individuals that share the vision of Owners' success in the design and construction of buildings and facilities?

As an COAA member, you belong to a community of professionals that share mutual goals, interests and commitments. Becoming involved with your local Chapter will allow you to make valuable connections with peers, share knowledge and discover new opportunities in your profession.

What you gain:
  • Leadership skills, such as agenda planning, delegating, strategic planning, decision making and managing virtual teams.
  • Collaboration and communication skills, such as consensus-building, negotiation skills and developing presentations.
  • Direct, hands-on experience in a controlled, supportive environment.
  • Important connections, through professional networking.

If you live near a COAA Chapter, consider getting involved.

Opportunities can range from one-time tasks or committee involvement, to chapter board leadership roles including Chapter president. Take the first step and volunteer today and complete your volunteer application.
All committees will run from January to December. Once you apply for a committee, we will review our openings and contact you with an update within 3-4 weeks.
