CMAR/CMc Best Practices for Owners

COAA "WebIshop" (part webinar, part workshop)

The CM At-Risk (CMAR) or CM As Constructor (CMc) delivery method has been employed for decades, but was only recently added as an allowable method for the General Services Administration (GSA).  This “web/shop” – part webinar, part workshop – will feature excerpts from COAA’s popular CMAR Owner Training Institute (OTI) class, presented as usual by an Owner, builder, and design professional, a hallmark of all OTI courses.  Following this presentation, attendees – including GSA administrators and project managers – will participate in a discussion of CMAR/CMc best practices, led and facilitated by the OTI instructors.  Peer-to-peer learning is a COAA calling card, so whether you’re a new or experienced CMAR/CMc user, bring your questions and ideas for maximizing the effectiveness of this delivery method.


COAA will apply for 1.5 AIA Learning Units for this webishop.
