The focus of this program will be to broaden knowledge and best practices of how various owner groups approach project management through sharing of information on internal structure, roles/responsibilities/expectations, management strategies, tools, and processes.

A member of facilities management leadership from an owner organization will co-present with one of their project managers who are intensely involved in the day-to-day delivery of projects.  Each presentation block is 30 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes to be devoted to giving an overview of their organization and their project management operation, followed by a 10 minute focus presentation on a special topic, such as one of the following:
  • Effectively conducting internal meetings
  • Tools and processes for budget and schedule control
  • Team selection for smaller projects
  • Personal development and professional growth
  • Strategies for managing real estate/lease projects

This complimentary event is only available to Construction Project Owners.
