Geralyn Lynch, Executive Director Planning, Design & Construction, Mercy Health
Geralyn is an experienced construction leader with a 34-year career. Her early career began as a Field Engineer and Assistant Engineer for national contractor, Turner Construction. She then moved to the owner's side of the industry and began a 28-year career with Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Geralyn started as a Construction Accountant with Mercy and has filled many roles in Planning, Design & Construction, Finance and Facilities during her tenure. Her current role is the leader of Mercy Health's Planning Design & Construction department which manages and directs the new construction and renovation work for Mercy's four state, 28 plus hospital system. Mercy Health is a faith based Catholic ministry operating in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
