Bill is a hard charging seventeen year construction industry leader having delivered almost $2 billion in
completed project for owners across the U.S. His experience range as from managing large commercial
projects in the field to senior leadership of project teams. He authored SMU's current Design and
Construction Standards while completely revamping the University's project management processes to
represent the zenith of best industry practices for higher education campuses. Bill will be plugged into
the Gerald J. Ford Weber End Zone project team every step of the way to provide top cover and ensure
proper implementation to achieve key performance measures.
