Professional Bio

Drew Furry, project executive, is responsible for project management of large capital projects on the Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus from planning to occupancy. Primary responsibilities include onboarding designers and contractors, developing project budgets and schedules, leading the design process, and ultimately delivering the project on time and under budget to the client. He has expertise in the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc or CMAR) project delivery model and managed the first project of its kind in the state of Indiana.

With more than 10 years dedicated to Purdue University, Drew’s impact has included transformative projects totaling nearly $0.5 billion for Student Life, College of Engineering, College of Science, Athletics, and other campus clients. Active projects include a campuswide classroom master plan and more than $77M in athletic renovations for Ross-Ade Stadium, Mackey Arena locker rooms, and the Pete Dye golf course clubhouse.

Drew earned a bachelor’s degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in civil engineering and spent his early career working for a large construction management firm in Indianapolis. There, he managed projects in healthcare, interiors, and at the Indianapolis International Airport. He is a licensed civil engineer and recently completed a master’s degree in business administration from Purdue Global.
