Kyle is a founder of the non-profit Ripple Intent, an organization focused on improving the workplace experience. The all-volunteer organization has created a community which works to have less stress, work better with others, and experience more joy. Over the past ten years, Ripple Intent’s work has impacted thousands of people throughout the US. His position as Senior Project Executive within Banner Health is leading the team managing the capital construction program throughout 5 States. Kyle’s team is improving the project team formation and delivery experience, focused on implementing collaborative and human-centric approaches. His experiences, as well as other Ripple Intent community member’s experiences, are what allow Ripple Intent’s events to be engaging and powerful, rippling in ways that impact the way we all work.

As Senior Project Executive within Banner Health, Kyle supports the team that manages capital improvement projects throughout five states within Banner’s western division. Kyle is also the founder of Ripple Intent, an all-volunteer non-profit organization that offers events focused on improving people. Kyle’s teams continue to impact the project delivery experience, implementing collaborative efforts. He focuses on building a strong culture of trust and vulnerability to deliver successful projects. Driven to substantially impact workplace engagement, Ripple Intent explores new opportunities in delivery means, methods, and relationships.
Kyle has a unique perspective that combines experience as a subcontractor, contractor, developer, and institutional Owner ... plus time within technology firms focused on the construction industry. Combining degrees in Construction Management and Industrial Technology, he channels his passion for delivering the best cultural environment for his teams to succeed.
Kyle enjoys spending time with his family of three boys in all Colorado has to offer.
