Mark von Leffern is a senior leader and manager with over 20 years of experience in delivering a broad range of business outcomes in the operational, portfolio, product and project management environments. His experience is inclusive of helping owners build highly effective project control and program management organizations to support project managers with accurate data and timely decision support. He has demonstrated successes in removing barriers to capital project success by optimizing processes and procedures, leveraging best practices, decreasing systemic risk and project data latency. Mark is passionate about pushing the industry thinking in digital and technology solutions as they relate to capital projects and has worked with multiple industries such as heavy transmission and electrical infrastructure, rail, highways, airports, oil and gas, ports, facilities, data centers, software, aerospace and defense.
Mark is currently serving as on-site project manager over Southern CA Edison’s Major Projects Organization professional services contract and was previously the program manager over LA Metro’s Program Management Services Contract where the team provided support to Metro’s 40B transportation program, a complex program that includes rail, highway, and facility projects.
