Warren is a principal and laboratory architect with Lord Aeck & Sargent. With over 40 years of experience, he specializes in the planning, design, and construction administration of scientific research laboratories and animal facilities for the academic sector, research and development facilities, technical facilities, and pilot development/manufacturing facilities for the pharmaceutical and other life sciences industries.
Warren’s experience also includes housing and mixed used developments, higher education classrooms, and campus life facilities. He has worked on over 30 university campuses in 15 states, totaling over 10MM square feet of design and construction projects. He has extensive experience in many forms of project delivery methods including DB and CMAR utilizing integrated design principles and BIM. Warren attended the University of Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1984.
