I lead a high performing team of buyers to manage a portfolio that includes capital projects, facility renovations, farm buildings, offsite healthcare clinics, furniture, elevators, security, utilities, waste management, fleet purchases, and air transport. With a current construction master plan of approximately $5B and with over 350 projects scheduled to reach substantial completion by 2031, I recognize UK’s importance as a cornerstone of the regional economy and the value of a strong contractor community. That is why I have partnered with subcontractor outreach programs since I joined the University in 2022.
