Professional Bio
As Senior Director, Capital Programs at Northwestern University, Larry Blouin has more than 38 years of construction and facilities experience. He is an accomplished leader with a strong background in strategic planning, construction, and project management. Having held increasingly responsible positions in project management, most recently he is working closely with the senior management team of Facilities Management to develop strategic vision, foster collaboration and enhance project management services.
Prior to joining Northwestern University, Blouin served as Executive Director, Capital Project Delivery at the University of Chicago. Here he successfully completed in excess of $1 billion of new construction and capital improvement projects. He has earned a B.S. in construction management from Bradley University.
