As a principal facilities project manager, I lead a dedicated team of project managers overseeing MEP infrastructure projects for a leading healthcare provider. With a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety, I guide my team to success in projects that often involve complex challenges, such as managing outages that impact multiple buildings with active research or patient care.
My role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of healthcare/research facilities, as well as a commitment to minimizing disruptions to critical services. I leverage my expertise in full-cycle project management, from planning and design through to execution and completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with stringent healthcare regulations.
I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, where each member is empowered to excel. By applying continuous improvement methodologies and value engineering principles, I drive both project and operational excellence.
My background in construction science and business administration, coupled with certifications in CEFP and PMP, equip me with the skills and knowledge necessary to tackle the unique challenges of healthcare infrastructure projects.
