We are excited to announce that the project is well underway and entering its third phase of construction, with completion expected by November 2024. This 324,568 SF space is being updated for the modern era, with a new exterior façade of brick, metal panels, and glass to match the adjacent Jennie Sealy Hospital. The interior improvements are just as impressive, with more spacious family-centered patient rooms and the latest technological advances. During the tour, you will see first-hand the progress being made, including the exterior curtainwall glass installation, brick installation, ductwork, wall layout/framing, and sprinkler piping.
