Culture, Caring, and Other Non-Tech Ways to Deliver Better Projects
Pressures continue to increase on capital programs – budget, schedule, supply chain, unrealistic expectations, labor shortages, workload, and others. While those factors are intense, we should acknowledge that the only thing we can control is the people side of the equation ... specifically, project team culture.
How do we create and sustain cultures that get people to care about our projects, the people working the projects, and the ultimate recipients and users of the space? How do we ensure we are working in a high state of engagement? How do we openly and thoughtfully talk about risk at the project and portfolio levels?
Helping answer these sorts of questions is why Ripple Intent exists. Ripple Intent co-founder Kyle Majchrowski, a healthcare Owner in Denver and longtime COAA member, will lead an interactive workshop centered on creating environments where our teams truly care about the work and each other.
