Ever been on a project team where people just clicked, leading to a better project and/or an improved experience?  What was it about that group of people that made it memorable?  Despite our best intentions, why do so many project teams fall short of our expectations when it comes to both the experience and the results?

It’s likely your answers would have something to do with culture ... as in, “we had each other’s back” or “egos were checked at the door” or “we trusted each other.”  The new “Human Skills” Owner Training Institute course was created to help Owners and their partners:

• better understand themselves
• explore trust and how it’s granted or withheld
• learn, discuss, and practice ways to create & maintain a healthy team culture
• ultimately enjoy better results AND a better experience

All members of an Owner’s staff or a particular project team will benefit from this 1-day workshop developed specifically for AEC industry stakeholders by organizations – COAA and Ripple Intent – with a passion for people, Owners, and continuous improvement of the project delivery experience.
