Dr. Amir Zavichi is a Senior Construction Manager at the Port of Los Angeles, which is the busiest port in the United States. In addition to his role at the port, Amir is actively involved in both education and professional development. He is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California (PE) and an authorized trainer with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Currently, he teaches Construction Management certificate programs at UC Davis and has previously taught at UCLA. As a lean advocate, Amir is committed to improving efficiency and reducing waste within construction processes.
