OTI Instructor Bio
Rebecca Reeves is Senior Quality Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company – a multi-billion-dollar construction organization with a reputation for excellence since 1909. With over 21 years in the construction industry, Rebecca’s current role includes developing policy and resources related to quality on a national level. Beyond the tangible resources, she especially enjoys providing training and fostering connections and alignment that lead to the success of others and enhance a culture of proactive quality.
Rebecca has completed various types of construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a special focus in healthcare construction and interior fit-outs. Her extensive project management experience includes close to 2,000,000 SF in completed projects, with responsibilities including management and oversight of both field and office staff.
Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. She is a member (and former member of the Board of Directors) of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Baltimore, which promotes the business interests and professional advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry and has been a panelist for the national Advancing Construction Quality Conference. Personally, Rebecca is a full-time wife and sports mom.
