Connected Workflows: Eliminating the Silos Across Construction, Operations and Maintenance
Connected Workflows: Eliminating the Silos Across Construction, Operations and Maintenance
The asset is the center of all capital improvement, maintenance, and operations actions. You are either building new, replacing the old, renovating, or optimizing existing. Oftentimes your assets go through all three of those options. Infrastructure is a long-term investment and you need the tools to manage them full-term, from planning through construction, operation, maintenance, and replacement. The current standard is a multitude of individual solutions that do not share the data needed for each subsequent phase to work optimally. In this session, you will get a deeper understanding of the systems of record needed to optimally connect workflows that drive overall asset efficiency.
