Hard-Hat Tour of Carilion's Crystal Spring Tower Project

On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the COAA-VA Chapter hosted an exclusive Hard-Hat Tour of the Carilion Crystal Spring Tower project in Roanoke, VA. Sponsored by Robins & Morton/Branch Builds, this event offered a unique glimpse into a massive healthcare construction project, adding over 500,000 square feet of new construction to the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital campus. Attendees enjoyed an insightful briefing on lean processes and strategies for enhancing stakeholder communication, followed by a tour of the impressive new facilities.
